Delivery Information

We offer delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and order confirmation time.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
  • Delivery Area: Islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and order value
  • Order Confirmation: Orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch

Please make sure your contact number, delivery address, and order details are correct before confirming your order. Methzco is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. If Cash on Delivery is available for your area, it will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our team.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible clothing items within 3 days after receiving the product. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be available
  • You must provide order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase
  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Size Exchanges

If the size does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 3 days after receiving the item. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is not available, our team will suggest an alternative option where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or wrong size due to our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake:

  • Used or washed clothing items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Innerwear or intimate wear
  • Accessories that have been used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Refund Policy

Methzco mainly offers product exchanges instead of refunds. Refunds are only considered in special cases, such as unavailable replacement stock or verified order issues.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return delivery charges for size exchanges or change-of-mind exchanges.

If the return is due to a mistake from Methzco, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product, we will guide you through the return process.
